Adam has extensive experience in assisting attorneys with complex economic damage and valuation issues. He primarily applies his expertise within the context of breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, fraud, and corporate dissolution and dissenting shareholder related disputes.
He has more than 12 years of experience providing corporations and law firms with expert witness and litigation consulting services related to valuation and economic damages.
Adam is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
