Kaufman Rossin promotes Einat Laver to Tax Services Advisory principal
Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 50 firms in the U.S., has promoted Einat Laver, CPA, to principal within the Tax Services Advisory group.
Laver helps lead the firm’s Tax Transaction Services group, where she advises corporate and private equity clients throughout the M&A lifecycle. She brings more than a decade of experience in tax, finance, and advisory, with deep experience in M&A tax due diligence, restructuring, and transaction consulting across the technology, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services sectors.
Laver specializes in buy-side and sell-side transaction tax advisory, helping clients assess tax implications, identify potential risks, and structure deals for optimal outcomes. In addition to her transaction work, she advises clients on corporate tax planning, ASC 740 income tax accounting, and federal and state income tax matters. Her deep technical expertise and deal-focused approach help clients navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.
Her previous experience includes serving as an Analyst and Senior Manager for the Government of Israel’s Ministry of Defense Mission in New York City, where she oversaw procurement and regulatory processes for U.S.-based operations.

Laver is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
She holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
