Kaufman Rossin promotes Heidi Robbins to Outsourced Accounting Services principal

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 50 firms in the U.S., has promoted Heidi Robbins, CPA, to principal in the firm’s Outsourced Accounting Services practice. The OAS team provides experienced accounting and finance professionals who act as an extension of client organizations, helping growing companies strengthen financial operations, improve visibility, and support better business decisions without the cost and commitment of full-time executive hires.

With more than 20 years of experience, Robbins focuses her practice on providing Controller and CFO-level financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence across a wide range of industries, including banking, construction, healthcare, technology, retail, and law firms. She specializes in helping clients modernize their finance operations, optimize processes, and leverage automation to drive efficiency and growth.

Her previous experience includes senior leadership roles at several national advisory firms, where she managed complex client engagements, served as a virtual CFO, and led initiatives including international operations support, payment platform integrations, and accounting systems conversions. Prior to her advisory work, she served as Controller at a SaaS company and as Chief Financial Officer for a production and fashion company, where she restructured the finance department and implemented formal budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems.
