Heidi Robbins

Before joining Kaufman Rossin, Heidi held senior leadership roles at several national advisory firms. In these positions, she managed complex client engagements, served as a virtual CFO, and led initiatives such as international operations support, payment platform integrations, and accounting systems conversions. She is recognized for her hands-on leadership style, her ability to guide cross-functional teams, and her talent for implementing scalable financial infrastructures that support compliance and strategic decision-making. Her experience includes managing multi-entity clients, developing pricing models, and mentoring professionals on emerging technologies.

Prior to her time at advisory firms, Heidi served as a Controller at a SaaS company, where she managed all accounting, cash management, and human resource operations. Additionally, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a production and fashion company, where she restructured the finance department and implemented formal budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems to measure and communicate performance results both internally and to potential investors.

Heidi is a New York Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who has been recognized for her involvement in innovation programs and thought leadership initiatives. She is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable results for her clients and teams. Heidi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University.
