Joy A. Batteen Recognized as 2017 Power Leader in Human Resources
Joy A. Batteen, director of Human Resources at Kaufman Rossin, has been named a 2017 Power Leader in Human Resources by the South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ).
A “Power Leader in Human Resources” mentors and counsels employees, scouts and hires exceptional candidates, and strengthens the company’s relationship with the community, according to the SFBJ. These leaders exemplify a company’s culture, in addition to paving the way for a positive working environment conducive to growth.

I love being a part of Kaufman Rossin, and it is my goal to make sure our employees feel the same way. After all, joy at work is one of our core values!”
