Kaufman Rossin Rated One of Best Firms for Client Service

A new survey shows the firm’s Net Promoter® Score (NPS), a measure of client satisfaction, is nearly 4X higher than the accounting industry average.

Kaufman Rossin, one of the top 100 CPA and advisory firms in the U.S., announced today it has won the 2021 Best of Accounting® Award for superior client service, a recognition based on ratings provided by firm clients in a recent survey.

Nearly 92% of firm clients rated Kaufman Rossin’s service a 9 or 10 out of 10, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 43% in 2020. The firm received a Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 89.7%, nearly four times the industry average of 23%.

More than 1,000 clients participated in the firm’s client satisfaction survey, which was administered by ClearlyRated, a leading provider of client satisfaction surveys and service quality research, using the Net Promoter® Score survey methodology.
