Kaufman Rossin’s Steven Demar Awarded by Make-A-Wish Foundation
Steven M. Demar, CPA of Kaufman Rossin was awarded the Nancy J. Strom Spirit Award by Make-A-Wish Southern Florida.
The award was presented at Make-A-Wish Southern Florida’s 2015 Annual Donor Celebration at Jungle Island. The event was dedicated to thanking and recognizing individuals and corporations that supported the wish-granting mission during the 2014-2015 fiscal year.
Demar is a principal in the entrepreneurial services department and has been with Kaufman Rossin for more than 35 years. He focuses on strategic business consulting service, domestic corporate and individual tax advice and planning, and IRS and Florida Department of Revenue client representation.
He has supported and served on the Board of Directors of Make-A-Wish Southern Florida for nine years. During this time, more than 4,000 wishes have been granted to kids with life-threatening medical conditions.
