Ralph MacNamara named Chief Growth Officer at Kaufman Rossin 

Kaufman Rossin, the largest independent CPA and advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 50 firms in the U.S., announced the promotion of principal Ralph MacNamara, MBA, to Chief Growth Officer (CGO).

MacNamara leads a fast-paced business development department and is responsible for driving the go-to-market growth strategies for all practice areas and industry teams. He works closely with members of the firm at all levels to develop new business segments and has helped launch dozens of new service lines ranging from business consulting and outsourced accounting to a variety of risk advisory services.

After serving as client relationship director for over a decade, MacNamara is now responsible for leading firmwide initiatives to expand existing relationships, establish new relationships and promote a culture of client service. He oversees all business development operations, which include sales tools and proposals, group sales training, one-on-one business development coaching, corporate events and business intelligence initiatives to accelerate top-line revenue growth. He also oversees the firm’s social and philanthropic initiatives to promote one of Kaufman Rossin’s core values of civic, charitable and community engagement.

MacNamara provides audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to a variety of public companies, private businesses and entrepreneurs. His clients represent a wide array of industries such as banking, finance, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, information technology, legal, logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, pharmaceutical and wholesale distribution.

MacNamara is currently Chairman of the South Florida District Export Council and serves on the board of the Association of Accounting Marketing. He most recently served as Strategic Planning Chair for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and has been on numerous boards over the past two decades. He was recognized by the Cuban-American Bar Association with the Amigo Award in 2019, named Family of the Year by Miami-Dade County Public Schools in 2014 and Volunteer of the Year by Autism Speaks in 2011.

A lifelong resident of South Florida, MacNamara earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami with specializations in finance and marketing and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University.
