Jeffrey Ardizon, CPA, joined Kaufman Rossin in 2007 and is a director in the firm’s tax practice, where he provides tax and advisory services to closely-held businesses and high-net worth individuals in various industries. He is a real estate tax practice leader, serving clients across the real estate arena, from residential to commercial platforms, real estate investment and development firms, including fund and multi-investor structures, general partners/managers and promoters.
Leandro Barbuscio, CPA, joined Kaufman Rossin in 2000 and is a director in the international tax practice. He provides international tax planning and structuring services, specializing in foreign clients with an interest in U.S. real estate. His client experience includes real estate private equity funds, voluntary disclosures programs, property management companies, architectural firms, and entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of industries.
