Overview
Marjorie Horwin is a Principal in the Private Client Services group that is part of the Tax Advisory Services practice. She brings over three decades of experience serving high-net-worth individuals and owners of closely held businesses to establish plans that focus on family wealth protection.
Additionally, Marjorie provides litigation support for estate and trust controversies as well as consults on international income and estate planning issues.
Prior to joining Kaufman Rossin, Marjorie worked at a large national accounting firm as principal-in-charge of the firm’s Private Wealth Services Group where she practiced in the area of income, estate, trust, and exempt organization tax planning and compliance. She also has experience working in the Big 4 firms.
Active in the community, Marjorie serves on numerous committees including the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
Marjorie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
