N.K. “Trip” Tripathy, MBA, CPA, CGMA

Trip is a highly accomplished CEO, COO and CFO, having served in senior management roles both in the U.S. and abroad. He retired from active practice, and now holds the status of Principal Emeritus. He has led major consumer products companies and retailers through a full range of business challenges including growth, profitability improvements and turnarounds. He has experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business integration.

He has worked with major multinational corporations including PepsiCo, Limited Brands, and Macy’s. In his current role, Trip works with companies going through rapid growth as well as turnaround situations. He supports management teams, boards of directors and shareholders in resolving critical issues relating to growth or turnaround strategies, cost reduction, debt and capital restructuring, succession planning and talent management. He also serves as an Interim CEO in specific business situations.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMC). He is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Private Directors Association, serves as a Board Member and past Chair of the Neeley Advisory Board at Texas Christian University’s school of business and is on The Miami-Dade Beacon Council’s Board of Directors.
