He works with the marketing team, accounting and consulting professionals and firm management to identify opportunities for strategic business growth. Using advanced technology, he helps firm professionals deepen relationships with clients and address their business challenges.
Tim manages the firm’s CRM platform and streamlines data to assist professionals in identifying, communicating and resolving client issues. He also researches, recommends and implements new marketing technologies to support the firm’s business development process and encourage a proactive, team approach to nurturing clients.
In addition to his customer relationship management knowledge and enterprise resource planning systems experience, Tim stays abreast of marketing technologies both within and beyond the professional services industry, to advance the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives.
Before joining Kaufman Rossin in 2015, Tim served as a business analyst for a marketing and advertising company in New York City. He also worked in a C-level sales position earlier in his career, providing him with a thorough understanding of business and sales cycles.
He is a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
Tim is actively involved with the community and volunteers with a variety of organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami, iMentor and New York Cares.
