Kaufman Rossin Named #1 ‘Best Place to Work’ in South Florida

Kaufman Rossin won first place in the large company category at the 2018 “Best Places to Work” competition hosted by the South Florida Business Journal. This marks the 12th time the publication has recognized Kaufman Rossin as an honoree.

The South Florida Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” committee presented the awards in three different categories based on company size. Winners were announced at a luncheon on February 22, 2018, at the Signature Grand in Davie, Florida.

Rankings were determined by employees’ answers to an anonymous survey. Employees rated their employers in six categories, including trust in leadership, manager effectiveness, personal engagement and team dynamics.

Kaufman Rossin’s Entrepreneurial Services Principal Steven M. Demar, CPA, accepted the award on behalf of the firm. “We strive to be the best in our work and in our culture,” Demar said. “We’re thrilled to be acknowledged as the best place to work. We couldn’t be happier for our people and our firm.”
