Kaufman Rossin Group unveils new ‘joy’ branding ahead of 60th anniversary

New brand celebrates firm’s client service excellence and people-driven culture

Long recognized for its innovative approach to client service, visionary leadership and people-first culture, the Kaufman Rossin Group is making bold moves again as it launches new branding that highlights one of its core values and brings together its four affiliates as the organization begins its 60th year.

The new brand, reflected in the group’s new websites, logos, colors, messaging and overall brand identity, celebrates the organization’s tremendous growth since its founding in 1962, while honoring the firm’s history. The new tagline – “joy is your bottom line” – centers around one of the organization’s key values, joy at work, carrying it forward to the joy the firm brings to its clients.

“Our client satisfaction rates are among the highest in the industry, which is a testament to our employees and their dedication to providing the best possible client service,” said Blain Heckaman, CEO of Kaufman Rossin. “Whether we’re helping a recent retiree plan for a financially secure future or advising a healthcare practice on how to get the most value from an acquisition, joy is at the heart of everything we do.”

The Kaufman Rossin Group has evolved from its founding as an accounting firm into a full-service brand that now offers CPA and advisory services, wealth management, insurance solutions and fund administration through four entities:

The organization’s new websites offer an integrated, one-stop shop for the Kaufman Rossin Group, with a centralized brand hub on each homepage and a top menu bar that makes it easy to navigate from one entity to another and see all the services the group offers.

The new joy-centric brand pays homage to the vision of the organization’s founders. When Jim Kaufman and Jay Rossin started their CPA firm, they created a place where they wanted to go to work every day. In the decades since, “Joy at work” has come to define the firm’s award-winning culture. Employees consistently rate Kaufman Rossin as a “Best Place to Work,” noting the joy they feel from the firm’s people-first approach. Clients experience joy in the service the firm provides. And firm professionals spread joy throughout the community by championing important causes and non-profit organizations.

“‘Joy’ is not usually associated with accounting and consulting. But after six decades of building a joyful, employee-driven culture and establishing ourselves as an industry leader providing best-in-class service, it is the word that gets to the core of what we do for our staff, clients and community every day,” said Janet Altman, marketing principal at Kaufman Rossin. “Joy is how we do business.”
